Magnify You is led by Rob Puckridge — Operational Competence and Risk Control Advisor – Major Hazard Facilities.
Rob has spent three decades inside natural gas, oil, hydrogen, ammonia and bulk liquid storage operations — building training systems that convert:
– Regulatory obligations,
– Safety management systems,
– Hazards and risk,
– National training competencies,
into real-world competency frameworks specifically for your business that withstand audits, investigations and incident reviews.
What makes us different
We don’t simply write “training content”.
We find out how employees learn best, then using your Safety Management Systems, policies, procedures and focusing on equipment you use, we engineer:
– Role-based competency frameworks.
– Verification of Competence (VOC) assessments.
– Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessments.
– Robust operational assessments. These assessments are something you need when there is an incident and training is reviewed by legislators and senior management.
– Audit documentation that identifies training gaps or where safety systems such as Permit to Work and Isolations are not being applied correctly.
– Procedure-embedded learning programmes.
We deliver the training, or work with quality RTO’s so they can deliver the training.
Using Rob’s proven Project Plan framework, we ensure Objectives, Scope, Deliverables, Benefits, Measuring success criteria, Schedules and References are understood, to ensure all projects are delivered on time.
